They were running a little late while working on another appointment but kept me up to date and came and fixed the unit. The part was under warranty. We were having issues with the ductless unit in the loft of the house we just moved into, specifically the remote control (only way to control it) not allowing the temperature to be changed. Being an older unit, the remote was discontinued and nobody (even the manufacturer or Google) could explain what was going on with it. Air Outlook sent someone out within a few hours of calling, and he was able to figure out a quirky feature of the remote. That sparked me to notice something else about it, and with all that combined, we were able to get it working.
I also had them quote a replacement unit in case this old unit gave out completely soon, and the estimate was very reasonable. Will definitely be purchasing here in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jeffrey at Air Outlook. I came across this company in my Google search and saw prior great reviews so thought I’d give them a call. They were able to squeeze me in that same day to diagnose what was wrong with our unit.
A part was needed for our repairs, but he was able to get it the next morning and came back that same day to fix the problem. He was very polite and professional, taking the time to explain things to me so that I could understand the entire process.
I will gladly give them a call again, should the need arise.
