Brief Overview
Air Outlook Inc agrees to provide service for one HVAC unit defined in this service plan. This agreement only covers the HVAC unit at the property defined under the service address. The agreement includes, but not limited to contacting you in a timely manner to set up a visit for the due date of each service. Each visit will provide a detailed description of the action items that were completed at the time of the service.

ACTION ITEMS
The below actions depend on the time of year.
• Check cooling/heating system for proper operation
• Inspect general condition
• Tighten electrical connections at equipment
• Check and inspect capacitors tolerance
• Test equipment control system
• Test compressor protection device
• Check current draw of the compressor
• Check refrigerant operating pressures
• Check exposed equipment & pipes for leaks
• Check Indoor & outdoor coil
• Check compressor function
• Clean drain line
• Add drain line cleaner as needed

GUARANTEE & ADDITIONAL TERMS

  1. Quality comfort service plan covers only one HVAC system (One HVAC System represents One Package Unit or One Outdoor and Indoor Unit)
  2. Replaced parts are guaranteed for our standard 1 year, plus an additional year. For a total of 2 years.
  3. Any hardware or additional service work required beyond the service agreement or by a separate service call. Will have the priority over non-service plan calls and will be billed at the normal rate, with a 15% discount applied to the total bill.
  4. Any unit with an active service plan will receive a 5% discount on HVAC replacement or system upgrades.
  5. Any services outside normal business work hours. Will not be billed an overtime or weekend fee.
  6. Our warranties do not cover acts of God, utility company service, acts of vandalism, or
    improper use of equipment.
