When Should You Replace Your Unit?

When an aged unit has continuous issues or shows signs of that it’s energy efficiency isn’t what it used to be, it could be more economical to upgrade your home comfort system. Parts limited warranty

With replacement parts, there is always a concern about how well it will be, but all of our parts come with a 1-year or more parts warranty provided by the manufacture. Each invoice will have details of how much warranty comes with the part or parts that was replaced.

Labor warranty

All of our repairs come with a 1-year labor warranty and a customer with a service plan gets 2 years labor warranty. For any reason or concern you have. Give us a call and we will return to check on our repair for no charge. Our diagnostic charge will only apply if the issue found isn’t related to our repairs.

Diagnostic

Most of the time, repairing your existing system will be the best option. The diagnostic call includes a full diagnostics of your system.  We will provide information about the issue and explain all of your available options, once we diagnose the problem,

Parts limited warranty

Heil gas and oil furnaces and R410A-based air conditioners, heat pumps, fan coils, geothermal, ductless systems and small package products carry a 10-year limited warranty on parts to the original owner. When product is used in a residential application and properly registered within 90 days after original installation. Otherwise, the parts warranty period is five years from the date of installation. The remainder of the first five years of parts warranty is available to subsequent owners, but such coverage terminates on the five-year anniversary of the original installation of the product.

No Hassle ReplacementTM limited warranty

Select Heil heating and cooling products provide a one-time equivalent unit replacement if the compressor, outdoor coil, evaporator coil (fan coils only), or heat exchanger. Should a failure during the No Hassle ReplacementTM limited warranty period, which varies in length of coverage from

1 to 10 years to the original purchaser. As the product features and efficiencies get better, so does the No Hassle Replacement limited warranty in order to give you the maximum protection for your heating and cooling system.
